1. About Pervio

Pervio is a macOS application and online service that lets you expose local services through public endpoints. You must have the right to expose any service or content you connect to Pervio.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Information you provide must be accurate. Do not share access to an account in a way that circumvents plan limits.

3. Plans and payments

Free and Pro features are described on the Pervio website. Pro is a one-time lifetime entitlement priced at €39 at launch. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and presents the applicable total, taxes, payment terms and receipt at checkout. Prices or tax treatment may change before a purchase, but the terms shown at checkout apply to that order.

4. Consumer purchases and refunds

Mandatory consumer rights apply. Where applicable, consumers have a 14-day withdrawal period. If you ask to access the digital service immediately, you may be asked to acknowledge that performance begins during that period and that the withdrawal right may be lost once the service has been fully performed, to the extent permitted by law. Refund requests are handled through Lemon Squeezy, without limiting mandatory statutory rights.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Pervio for unlawful activity, malware, phishing, spam, harassment, unauthorised access, copyright infringement, attacks, or to distribute content that creates a security, legal or operational risk. We may restrict or suspend tunnels that violate these rules or threaten the service.

6. Availability and termination

Pervio is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We may perform maintenance, change features or apply fair-use and anti-abuse limits. You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, legal reasons or material breach.

7. Content and responsibility

You retain responsibility for your services and content. You grant Pervio only the limited rights needed to route and operate your tunnels. Pervio does not endorse or monitor user content.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pervio is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer protections.
